In this workshop Audrey will:

  • get you started with some traditional space planning techniques using layout paper and scale rulers so you can begin to plan the layout of your kitchen

  • discuss with you the pros and cons of different materials and surfaces for worktops, splashbacks, flooring etc, and invite you to explore samples of the various options from our collections

  • talk about how to incorporate colour and lighting into your kitchen and give some tips and ideas to consider specific to your space

  • share our knowledge of different suppliers and how to get the best result for your budget

Bring along dimensions of your room (or architect’s plans if you have any). And some photographs to show us too!

You will leave with a sketch plan of how your kitchen could be laid out to best suit your needs and the vision to progress your project to the next level.

Since setting up her interior design studio 10 years ago, Audrey has worked with over 250 London homeowners at various stages of their projects. Not everyone needs or wants the ongoing help of an interior designer, but many appreciate some professional guidance and advice at certain stages of a refurbishment or redecoration project. This is what inspired Audrey to create the Designer's Table events.
